Greetings Aliens Pt I is an exploration of science fiction in Turkey, written by Efe Levent. In the first installment of what will be a trilogy of zines, Levent delves into the earliest known works of Turkish science fiction, spanning from the 1910s to the 1950s. Through a personal lens, the essay examines the genre’s relationship with irony and raises thought-provoking questions about the role of sincerity in crafting visions of the future.
It Happened Here and Turtle Trainer are part of Efe Levent's extended universe Global Anthropological Society (GAS). GAS is an ongoing world building fiction set in a post 9/11 world in which consulting Anthropologists has become mandatory. For a truly immersive experience you can buy both of these books now for a 30% discount!

Are There Living Creatures in Other Worlds? is a unique A5, 8-page riso-printed zine that draws inspiration from a 1918 science fiction text written in Ottoman Turkish by Osman Nuri Eralp. Strikingly Illustrated by Yağız Gülseven, the zine takes its name and content from this historical text.
Eralp's original work describes Venus as a swampy world teeming with life forms that bear a striking resemblance to the creatures of Earth's Mesozoic era. The zine captures this imaginative vision with its vibrant riso print, using scintillating pink and teal to bring Eralp's extraterrestrial visions to life. The publication serves as both a tribute to early science fiction from the periphery and a creative reinterpretation.
The zine's format, colors, and content make it a collectible piece that not only celebrates a forgotten work of peripheral literature but also engages with contemporary art and science fiction enthusiasts.
